Probes and Modulators for Biological Targets

General presentation of the group

This thematic group is developing its research activities around several aspects of chemistry at the interface with biology, including the development of innovative synthetic strategies for molecules of biological interest, as well as the design, synthesis and evaluation molecular probes for various applications, including imaging. Our research projects being intrinsically interdisciplinary are integrated into the “Strategic Research Initiative” Bioprobe: Innovative Reporters on cell chemistry and signaling: new probes to clinics, ranked in 2016 by Paris-Saclay University as a research program priority. We are also involved in research infrastructures such as France Life Imaging (FLI), France BioImaging (FBI) and Molecular Imaging Agents (AIM).
