Equality-Parity-Diversity Cell

The ICSN Equality-Parity-Diversity cell is led by three permanent members of the unit: Carine van Heijenoort, Claire de March, Aurélie Baron, and a doctoral student representative of non-permanent staff, Clarisse Fourel. The cell serves as a supportive and confidential listening place for any situation of inequality or inappropriate behavior that an agent wishes to share or report. The supervisory services, particularly the HR services, are competent to address these situations. The cell can be contacted by email: icsn-egalite.parite@cnrs.fr

Our Missions

  • Be attentive to any alerts regarding problematic situations, particularly those involving sexist discrimination, and redirect the victims or witnesses toward the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Propose information or awareness-raising actions within the laboratory.
  • Monitor the laboratory’s parity statistics.
